Q: Do I need to have good computer skills?
A: No.  Our site and process has been designed to be very user friendly.  However, if you do have a query regarding the use of our site, please complete our Contact Us form for a quick solution.

Q: Is your website secure?
A: All payments are securely processed by PayPal using their secure server. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal balance payments. PayPal has industry leading fraud prevention systems

Q: What about my personal details?
A:  These details are required to complete the delivery process.  Your details can be removed at any time upon request if you chose to save them with us.  Please note that you do not need to register to place an order.

Q: Will you edit the image that I upload?
A: The editing of the image must be completed before the image is uploaded.  We only offer the basic facilities that are advertised on our site e.g.  red eye removal.

Q: Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?
A: Not a problem.  Our site will allow you to enter the delivery address as required.  It is confirmed at the checkout for your peace of mind before you finalise your order.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Upon receipt of your uploaded image, our objective is to dispatch your order within 3 – 5 working days.  We do however appreciate special circumstances therefore if there is a specific occasion for which you need your order urgently, please let us know.

Q: How much do I have to pay to get my order delivered?
A: For delivery outside of mainland UK, please use our Contact Us form for a quote based on your orders destination.  All postage and packaging costs to mainland UK are included in our website prices.

Q: How do I look after my canvas?
A: To ensure the quality and lifespan of your canvas, do not expose to strong sunlight or moisture.  Simply using a hoover and the correct brush attachment will remove surface dust.

Q: My photo is a hardcopy, what can I do?
A:  If you do not have a scanner you can post your photo to us - including a note of your contact details, the size and any effects that you may require.  We can scan your image for you. We will return the original to you with your order.  We do recommend that you use a 'board backed' envelope to prevent damage in the post, and also use registered post in case it goes missing.  When using this method we can only accept payment by cheque, therefore please refer to the website for pricing before posting your image.  Please note that we can also accept images in disc format, but the same payment rules apply.  The postal address you would require in both instances is as follows:
